Kaiser Craft here is Australia had 20% off after Christmas and while I already had the stamp set I bought some lovely new goodies including the papers and embellishments used on today's card. I have decided to enter this into the Simon Says Wednesday Challenge Anything goes.

Tall and Skinny is something I have only ever done once before so I ended up doing a 4 by 6 which to me is tall and skinny :) in fact I an liking those dimensions and may play with that sizing again. Here is the sketch I followed...............

I love the PI series and cannot wait to add a few more to my collection :) especially now that they come with dies as I am not the tidiest when it come to cutting our images.

I did not have an oval for this challenge so went with a circle......Ovals are still on my wish list.

Viva la Verve Week 3

Getting this loaded before we head out for a BBQ with family. I really struggled with this sketch. I think it was the one inch square that was the hardest part for me but I couldn't really think of what to replace it with as normally I hit the flowers but wanted to keep the Christmas look going and no poinsettia die in my stash.

Well it is Christmas day tomorrow and I did make this card two days ago but have not been able to get time to photograph and blog until today :). Here is the inspiration pic for this month, so gorgeous.

Color Throwdown 332

Loved the colour for this week and also love the fact that I can use a whole different array of stamps with a challenge like this. I have a few There She Goes Stamps that I bought not long before the store closed and I love them :)

MFT Weekly Sketch

Well it is ten pm here and we have a storm blowing its way over us. Here I am trying to take photos of a card I decided I had time to make six hours before the Challenge closes. So I apologize

for the poor lighting. I cracked open the lovely LJD Beautiful Baby set finally and how gorgeous is this set 

Viva la Verve December

I sure did miss the challenges in November but life has been very very busy but back on board for the Dec Challenge

I love the templates for this month and they are ones that I shall use again and again. Week one card completed :) 

CAS Woodland Creatures Challenge

I decided to play along at Splitcoast Stamper CAS challenge today and it was all about Woodland Creatures. I immediately thought deers and those gorgeous winter type trees (cant remember the name of them!) but I dont have any of these stamps on hand, So my choice was this cute guy from Lawn Fawn. I love that this company put out mini stamps and dies. I bought this with the dies for just under ten dollars and love it to bits. Great value in my books and allows that little spend even when the coffers are not full to overflowing LOL

Handmade for You TCP Sneeky Peek

When I saw this stamp set I was sooooo happy as being one who loves to make handmade soaps candles and the odd bit of baking (not too often as I cannot resist eating it), this was a set I knew was going to get a LOT of use.

Here I have packaged some of my favourite 10hr tea lights to give as a gift and used this awesome set along with Home for all Seasons. The tag was made using the awesome die set that can be found here
