PTI Make it Monday

Firstly, I have asked myself after participating in this weeks challenge why don't I always use this technique! I love the effect the shadow stamping has on the sentiment. I also wanted to say how much I fell in love with Lizzie's card this week. I took a second photo as was not sure if the shadowed stamping would show up.

I used a light grey alongside my Enchanted Evening Ink

Loved the January release sooooooooooo much and now waiting on my order to arrive :). Love the inspiration for this month and here it is..........

From this I took the lovely soft pinkish and white and added some Grey as there is a touch in this pic. I stuck to these colours for my card this time and used some stash I had not yet used! Thanks for your visit today, I am off to check out the hop, tomorrow I will post my card for Make it Monday

First Viva La Verve Sketch for 2018

What a beautiful sketch to start the year off with! I had so not used this beautiful set in a while and love that the flowers always look good coloured or die cut out of patterned paper. Here is the sketch that is up for Janurary

This is my card using the lovely Stamp Set Beautiful Things. After I had put the card together I noticed that my DP was upside down...Ooops

Seize the Birthday First Challenge for 2018

I so need to make a stash of birthday cards and cannot think of a better way of doing it! Play some birthday challenges. This first challenge for 2018 is anything goes, I have just finished making a card for a beautiful soul and thought I would play along with the challenge.

I have to say I think this is one of my most favourite floral sets of all times. Created by Dawn from Papertrey ink, it is a stunning set. I then used some sentiments from Altenew, I love it when I dont feel compelled to use all products from one company and instead mix them up.
So here is my creation, thanks so very much for dropping by, I delight in your visits :)
